Our buried dreams, like archeological treasures, lie deep inside of us. Recovering those dreams takes careful, creative, and concentrated work. But as anyone who has succeeded on this quest knows, the rewards are beyond price. As your coach, I don’t judge and I don’t give advice. Instead I use the tools of encouragement, hard truths, curious questions, and fierce compassion to begin to remove all that stands between you and your unique gift. A gift some call Life Purpose, and that I call the Buried Dream – the dream that will empower you to transform your life, your relationships, and your ability to make a difference in the world.
Discovering your dream is one thing – making it real is quite another. Over 20 years of experience in the corporate world has allowed me see that dreams can be realized amid the tough challenges of making money, meeting mortgage payments, and raising kids. Through my work as a transformation planner and project manager I’ve learned to take big dreams and turn them into actionable and measurable plans. Plans that allow my clients to move toward their dream life right now – wherever they are and whatever their responsibilities.
I’ve walked my talk and created a new life for myself. I believe that a coach can’t expect a client to do more than they are willing to do themselves. So let me tell you my story: In 2002 I left the corporate world, while still raising my two boys and continuing to cherish my marriage of many years. I then spent several years completing advanced training in professional coaching and leadership, and started my own business. Today, I am a certified and credentialed Co-Active Professional Coach, as well as a graduate of the Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching program. I am currently President of the local International Coach Federation chapter. You might say, I am living my dream and making a difference in the world. Contact
